・Undertake due diligence on potential target companies including competitive analysis.

・Interview industry experts and corporate management.

・Build and update financial models and write financial memos when analysing companies.

・Provide a high level of support to senior management both locally and regionally.

・2 - 5 years’ work experience from a management consulting, PE/VC, IBD or corporate strategy background.

・Be able to build and update financial models, and carry out industry research.

・Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

・Excellent communication abilities, with strong problem solving skills.

・Native / fluent in Japanese with at least business English.
