・Cover the Japan industrials / Autos sectors whilst keeping abreast of APAC developments.

・Work closely with PMs locally and internationally helping to generate industry research and investment ideas.

・Build and update earnings models, maintain databases and focus on ESG analysis.

・Visit companies and attend conferences as required.

・5 plus years’ experience (sell side or buy side) within equity research, covering Japan industrials or autos.

・Strong financial modelling experience and ability to generate investment ideas.

・Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, both independently and as a team member.

・Excellent communicator with strong analytical problem solving skills.

・Fluent level Japanese with at least business level English.
