The requirements:

・Experience in working in a similar role within Quantitative Finance

・Good programming skills

・Exposure to financial products such as interest rates, credit, FX, equity, structured products or securitized products

・Financial modeling knowledge

・Improving the trading desk efficiency through development of automation tools

The skills and experience you need to succeed:

・Java, C#, C++, Python, SQL

・Proficient computer science or math background

・Passionate about Crypto markets

・Ability to work in a high-pressure trading desk environment 

・Analytical and abstract thinking to extract logical essence from business into implementation

・Strong communication skills in Japanese (business level or above)
