·  You will be part of our fast-paced team, based in Tokyo.

·  We work with bilingual as well as mono-lingual (English only) speaking candidates on a regular basis.

· DSJ mainly covers financial services clients as well as Technology / Fintech companies.

Key Responsibilities;

· You will be involved in 360-degree recruitment.

·  Learn and understand specialist areas within the industry.

·  Utilize and leverage our existing footprint in the market, while focusing on building up your own niche

area.  

· Communicate with candidates and clients on a daily basis.

· Help to expand a small profitable business, and take it to the next level.

· Fluent in English (and ideally Japanese).

· Prior experience in a sales or similar revenue generating role.

· Entrepreneurial mind-set and can demonstrate a hunger to build something.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be a team player (mandatory).

Preferred

· Ideally at least 1 year’s prior recruitment experience.

· Plays or played sport previously.

· University degree.
